(Conscious Yogic Sleep/Guided Relaxation) in Candle Light

Meditation:

Covering breathing meditation, Anapana Meditation, Chakra Meditation and Mantra Meditation. You can think of Meditation as Mental Hygiene, a practice to explore getting in touch with your essence, as a vast blue sky watching the clouds pass/becoming the witness of your thoughts, developing the mental will to direct your attention to the present moment. Meditation is an invaluable source of inner calm, reflection, clarity, guidance and peace; it lowers stress, improves sleep, boosts healing and creativity, lifts the mood and increases energy.

Yoga Nidra:
A guided practice of relaxation and therapeutic awareness. Nestled by lavender eye pillows and blankets you are invited to come home to your body and rest in awakened consciousness.
