This class warmly welcomes pregnant women from 12 weeks on to be supported in connecting to their innate embodied wisdom and sacredness through the exploration of different Yogic tools. Open to complete beginners and experienced Yoginis.

In the classes we will cover:

  • Nourishing movement practices

  • Breathing exercises

  • Pelvic floor exercises

  • Specific exercises to cover common issues in pregnancy such as lower back pain, pelvic pain and digestive disturbances

  • Mantra

  • Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep/guided deep relaxation)

…And more to support a healthy and happy pregnancy, labour and birth!
