6 week Beginners Yoga Course with Mel. We will cover the foundations and start from the roots of the practice in a gentle and supportive environment. Receive personal feedback and experience the immense benefits of Yoga on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of yourself!   • Asana (poses) and beginners/gentle sequences

  • Pranayama (Breathing exercises)

  • The Yogic Philosophy

  • Mantra

  • Meditation

  • Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep/guided deep relaxation)
