Mel’s pregnancy Yoga sessions create a sacred space to honour, respect and nurture your changing phsyical and psychological state.

Specific movement practices help with common experiences in pregnancy such as lower back pain, pelvic pain and sleep and digestive disturbances. Breathing and relaxation techniques support soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Mel strongly supports the practice of rest and her Yoga Nidra's (guided deep relaxation/yogic sleep) are a firm favourite amongst attendees!…


The tools provided in the sessions nurture a deep connection to ones innate wisdom and peace and are invaluable throughout the pregnancy as well as during the birthing process for managing anxiety and pain. The practices we cover help welcome calm, trust and surrender to the wonder of the body’s unfolding during this exceptional time in a woman’s life.

This practice warmly welcomes pregnant women from 12 weeks on and is open to complete beginners as well as experienced Yoginis and is tailor made for the individual...
