Join Rebekah & Mel for a day of rejuvenation and nourishment. Set in the beautiful rural Quadrangle retreat, we invite you to receive inspiration & replenishment from the elements of nature.

Feel the empowering strength & inspiration of sisterhood and connect to the sacred power & wisdom of yourself & Mother Earth through intentionally curated shamanic & feminine spiritual practices...

  • Opening Meditation to arrive fully in the space and in your body. Connecting you to your breath and the grounding and restorative elements of earth and air, the wisdom and strength of your Feminine power centres and the sisterhood of the group.

  • Sharing Circle to speak (or not- everything is optional!) and be consciously listened to, seen & heard, in a heart-centred & supportive space and to also receive the gift of witnessing and consciously listening to the other women

  • Ceremonial Cacao we’ll share a delicious and warming heart-opening elixir from the Tsakyuku communities in Ecuador, to open to the loving and wise energies of your heart space & land in the bliss of your body

  • Yoga Nidra to return home to your body with deep presence and acceptance and fully relax into all the layers of your multidimensional being & inner guidance

  • Gentle Movement to wiggle, stretch and softly roll away held tension and old energies, focusing on the pelvis, chest and shoulders to stimulate a sense of renewal in your sacral and womb space, as well as your heart space

  • Connecting to nature and Crystals meditation guided meditation in nature, allowing us to merge with the elements of earth and air, feeling our energy body expand and become one with the environment. Experiencing heightened sensations of the subtle energy body. We will program our crystal with this heightened frequency so we can take this connection away with us and tap into it more easily. 

  • Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath during yoga nidra we will rest in the crystal sound frequencies that are played from alchemy crystal singing bowls. Their frequencies help us accesss the higher dimensions and put us into a more receptive state to hear our higher self. 

  • Relaxing in Nature Wild Swimming optional, there's a beautiful chalk river on the land which we will visit. This water is free from agricultural run off and is filtered by the layers of natural chalk in the area. It's regularly tested and some of the purest fresh water in England. Swimming is of course optional! We will have time to rest on the bank and soak up some sun and fresh air.

  • Shamanic Fire Ceremony we will gather in the field next to the river after our swim and honour the directions and elements. We will be guided to release something of your choice into the fire in a sacred fire ceremony. Maybe there's a pain, illness, emotion, habit that has been in your awareness and you feel ready to call upon the energy of fire to help you release what you are ready to let go of. Powerful shifts and transformation occur from bravely going into the body, feeling what is there, and allowing the energy to be transmuted. All fully guided. 

  • Gong Bath we will then rest on our mats and receive the frequencies of the earth gong. Allowing our cells to release what is no longer needed and bring us into harmony. 

  • Closing Meditation acknowledging all the personal and collective blessings from our day together and intentionally gathering in and ‘bottling up’ the nourishment and connection to yourself to take home with you.

In all our offerings, everything is an invitation and optional so on the day you can take part it what feels good and leave the rest!

Important info:
Ceremonial Cacao increases blood flow between the Brain and the Heart, providing awareness and focus between the two perspectives, it contains a cardiovascular stimulant, Theobromine, which is a loving and nurturing energy boost without the crash. Those who take antidepressants, have heart conditions or take other medicine may need to avoid Ceremonial Cacao completely or be advised to have a half dose, please check your medicine. If you are Pregnant or breastfeeding without any health concerns, a half dose is advised.

By purchasing a ticket to the Elemental Wisdom Women’s Day Retreat you are agreeing to take full responsibility for yourself during the event, releasing Mel Campbell & Rebekah Lidstone from any and all liability, negligence or other claims arising from or in any way connected with your participation.

Please note that in some of the practices I use the word Womb Space. This is a woman’s Sacred Feminine power centre and can be connected to whether the physical womb is present or not. I understand this area can be triggering for some & the invitation is offered in a trauma informed and gentle way, however if you’d like to have a chat about this or ask any questions before, please contact me here.

Instalment option: 3 x £50 (last payment to be made by the end of July) + £1 booking fee
